You place an order by going through our automatic
online sign up process. To maintain our excellent services and protect our
clients from Fraud and Hackers, AND continue to be the PERSONNEL Hosting
Organization that KEEPS OUR CLIENTS HAPPY, EVERY order is MANUALLY
approved. Depending on the time of your order, whether it is a virtual
(2-24hrs) or managed dedicated server 9-48hrs), you account will be
set up between two and 48 hours. At the end of the process you will
receive a confirmation of your Account Set Up and all information.
As soon as the confirmation is done, you will have the option to log into
your server.

Unless you requested
the moving of your site to a dedicated or virtual account , you will
be responsible for uploading your site to your server. You must have a
registered domain before you can sign up for a server or virtual account.
As part of the ordering process you may also transfer your existing domain
or register a new domain $16.95 per year w/no minimums.

Mariner Enterprises is dedicated to bringing its subscribers the
best Value on the internet. Our
powerful new 155megabit OC3 lines make it a breeze... Our Network is
multi-homed to redundant upstream backbone providers. In the event of a
failure with one provider, we'll still be operating and connected through
our other upstream provider.

| Will I have Root Control (Super

Virtual Accounts may or may not have shell access,
please review the account details.
Dedicated Servers receive complete "root"
access and may add up to 250 domains to your server and you are welcome to
install any software PKG . Any software or method of installation
performed by YOU or your STAFF will not be supported and Mariner Enterprises
will not be responsible for any problems that may occur. Only software
installed by Mariner Enterprises is supported. If it is necessary to restore your
server due to a non supported installation Mariner Enterprises will charge you
a restoration fee.

If you have a Dedicated Server or a Virtual Account,
you may resell services at any rate you like. (Please be sure to read the
AUP, as Mariner Enterprises does not allow spam or porno)

hardware components? |

Yes. In the event of a hardware-related problem, Mariner Enterprises
will immediately replace any failed component at no cost to you.
Replacements are usually made within 24 hours. Mariner Enterprises will make every
attempt to correct the problem as soon as possible. You will be notified
by e-mail once the problem is resolved.

| Will Mariner Enterprises monitor my
server? |
|
Yes, Mariner Enterprises monitors all servers and accounts 24x7.
When a problem arises, Mariner Enterprises usually fix the issue and make repairs.
Dedicated Servers receive an e mail immediately, Virtual Accounts only
receive an e mail if the situation will take more than two hours to
repair.

| What is your policy on
bandwidth? |
|
Mariner Enterprises does not limit your transfer rate only the
amount of data transferred per month. Mariner Enterprises limits the amount of
data transferred to the PRESCRIBED bandwidth stated in your Virtual or
Dedicated Account Details. You will receive an email , that will let you
know when you are approaching your limit in either case. Our accounts vary
from 5 Gigs to 800 gigs. Mariner Enterprises does not throttle (limit) your bandwidth
at all.

| How is bandwidth measured? |
|
Bandwidth usage is measured from samples taken at the
switch for dedicated servers and from the server for virtual accounts. Be
assured, Mariner Enterprises will send you an email letting you know when you
approach your limit. You may also check you bandwidth usage by logging
into your server or account control panel of your site. Once there, choose
the bandwidth monitor to see how much bandwidth you are using.

| Will there be a statistics
program installed on my server? |
|
Yes, all servers, whether dedicated or virtual have one
or more Stats Programs preinstalled by default. They provide statistical
profiles for your site and sub-domains, and, in the case of Dedicated
Servers, domains hosted on your server which will tell you bandwidth
usage for each domain, as well as which banners or search engines the
traffic has come from.

All servers, virtual and dedicated have a standard
install of Linux, which will include Apache Sendmail, Perl and Bind. Some
packages may have unique to that server software installs, like tomcat or
exim. Please check the Account Packages or Contact Us. All servers,
dedicated and virtual have FTP. Depending on the package, SSH (Telnet) may
be available. Dedicated have Root, SSH and FTP.

SSL is installed on all Servers. Virtual Accounts may
utilize our FREE server Wide SSL Cert or you may secure a private, single
domain certificate your self or purchases one from Mariner Enterprises
. Dedicated
clients must provide the certificate (we
have a 59.95 per year SSL Cert) and we install the main server cert
freely; SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is required for secure transactions over
the web. Virtual SSL Certs are SITE specific and Dedicated Server SSL
installations are server-wide and can be used for any domain hosted on the
server.

All servers will have mail software installed at no
additional cost. You can create as many email accounts as your account
provides, dedicated clients have unlimited options. Plus, all packages and

up. All services provide auto-responders, forwarding, aliasing, and any
other mail services you may require using Sendmail.

| What is Name Based Hosting? Do
I need an IP for each domain on my Server? |
|
Name based hosting is a method used to allow a server
to host multiple domains with only one IP address. You do not need an IP
address for each site; in fact, you only need one IP for the entire
server. Name based hosting does not affect the performance or appearance
of the domains hosted. It's also a good way to economize on IP usage. Most
Virtual accounts are name based hosted. Dedicated offer both IP and Name
Based. In the event you require a specific IP, they are available for a
small fee.

Mariner Enterprises Upgrades Virtual Servers. Dedicated Clients
may upgrade specific components, including Memory and Hard Discs at any
time to increase your resources as demand requires. To upgrade your
service go to our site and fill the upgrade form. There is a setup fee and
a monthly charge that is added to your account for each upgrade. For

DNS service? Can I have my own DNS name servers configured? |

For Virtual Accounts, you must use our DNS name servers
at no cost. We will configure and set up DNS and Name Servers for
Dedicated Servers and Reseller clients. *If you would enjoy Private Name
Servers for your Virtual Account we can provide that service for a small
nominal charge.
*If you would like your own name servers, please note that you will have
to register the name servers at YOUR REGISTRY or, if you are using our
Name Service, we will set them. The registration process can take from 7
to 10 business days for outside registries, and 1 to 2 days using ours . Mariner Enterprises
recommend that you use the Mariner Enterprises name servers for the
first month while yours are being configured and registered. Then there is
a yearly $25.00 fee for our registering your name servers on our system.

precaution is taken to ensure that absolutely no one has access to your
server other than our technical staff. Passkeys and locks ensure that your
server is safe and secure. Mariner Enterprises do not monitor content and do not
release customer profiles or disseminate customer information.

addresses? |

Additional IP addresses may be requested for dedicated
servers only. In each case the IP's are allocated in blocks of 4.
There must requested by sending an e-mail to administrator@corporatehosting.org
with an explanation of why they are needed. A response will be sent within
24 hours.

clients in EVERY ASPECT of there

requirements and obligations of Mariner Enterprises , unless you have an account
or service specifically explaining additional services, Mariner Enterprises
technical support is limited to the functioning of your server and the
software installed on same. Mariner Enterprises does not officially offer
"over the phone" tech support for issues regarding CGI
programming, your web site, or any other issue not directly related to
your server being functioning.
Mariner Enterprises does not provide technical support for
YOUR DEDICATED SERVER customers unless you have a SERVICE AGREEMENT.
Resellers are encouraged to deal with THEIR CLIENTS, but may request
support for issues involving Mariner Enterprises Services.
